Still can’t believe this is our backyard…I was getting ready for bed and I looked out my window and saw both a deer and a bunny and pretty much felt just like Snow White! I can’t get enough of these cute visitors (and also know I won’t be spending a ton on landscaping since most plants won’t stand a chance)! 🤣

Spring is the time to shine for the two cherry trees in our backyard…watching them bloom has been nothing short of magical. And the scent of the blossoms!! Absolutely divine!

Buying an older home vs building new can have its perks- one being an established yard (which I just fell in love with). We’ve got neighbors all around, however, the backyard feels pretty private thanks to landscaping done years ago by the previous owners!

Kitchen Progress Update…lots has been done but als

Kitchen Progress Update…lots has been done but also still lots to do! I’m not in a hurry with this renovation…working full time and having a kid who needs lots of attention really limits what can be accomplished (and budget)!! But, I’ve got lots of ideas and plans and will chip away at things slowly. My main goal was to get the flooring and counters done before moving in and the rest can happen…whenever! 🤣😊
