Free Classroom Poster Printables

August 25, 2012 by Crafty Teacher Lady +

It’s back-to-school time and I’ve been very busy making preparations as I start this year teaching at a new school. I’ve brought a couple car loads of books and other materials from their summer home in my basement to my new classroom.

I have a ‘home base’ classroom where my desk is located but will also be teaching in two other rooms so I bought myself a little cart to wheel from room to room. I consider myself a ‘traveling saleswoman of knowledge.’  Trying to be an optimist here!!

I’ve also designed two posters to hang in my room(s) based on some quotes I’d seen on Pinterest. I took my flashdrive to Staples and had prints made on 11×17 (‘tabloid size) glossy cardstock for $2 each.  Click on each image below and you can download the file FOR FREE!  My ‘back to school’ gift to you!

I also made up some cute signs to hang outside each of my rooms…
The person working at Staples laughed out loud when she saw the Abe Lincoln picture! My day is complete!  Good luck this year to all my fellow educators!

Thank you for the posters, that's a great idea to have them printed at Staples. I can't imagine teaching high school! I teach 2nd grade and am setting up my classroom in a new school as well. I read what you wrote this summer about leaving your old school and I could relate! Good luck this year!
P.S. I am painting my bathroom "Big Chill" from Sherwin Williams after being inspired by the lovely photos of your home. 🙂

Thank you for the posters, Kelly-Anne! I've been trying to make things like these for my new classroom, but I don't have a program to make them. This is great! Happy new school year to you, too!

Thank you so much for your creativity and sharing those posters! Love them! I think I'll print them for myself and a couple of my teacher friends at school. Good luck at your new school – a very exciting change!!

Absolutely gorgeous afternoon making memories with Absolutely gorgeous afternoon making memories with my sweet girl! We picked the best berries, then went home where my little sous chef practiced her fine motor skills by cutting the strawberries for homemade shortcake- my all time favorite dessert (and quickly becoming C’s favorite, too)! 🍓

The last couple of months have been super challenging regarding some unexpected health challenges for me, resulting in an emergency surgery 4.5 weeks ago, and getting back to feeling good enough to go on outings like today was at the top of my priority-list! I felt good and had a wonderful time with my best little bud!! 🥰

Also shout out to @browdersfreshpickins for allowing us to pick all along the outside rows so that C could easily use her walker in the field!
